We are seeking a seasoned Field Services Specialist to assume a key role in our organization.
Main Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment, identifying potential problems before they occur.
- Install and configure new equipment and systems as required by clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Provide exceptional customer service through prompt responses to service requests and issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of service activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues, leveraging collective expertise to deliver outstanding results.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a field services or technical support role.
- A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with a focus on troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- The capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- A solid knowledge of safety protocols and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and service management software, with the ability to leverage these tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
