We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Representative to join our team.
Job Description- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem to expand market presence.
- Act as the key liaison between Honeywell and channel partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategies with broader company goals.
- Ensure that channel partners are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to succeed.
- Foster channel partner growth by identifying new opportunities and ways to increase sales volume.
- Support and guide channel sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales quotas.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maximize sales potential.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the channel sales team to drive performance.
- Help develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills of channel representatives and improve overall team effectiveness.
- Track sales performance, monitor KPIs, and report on sales progress to senior leadership.
- Utilize CRM systems to track partner activity and sales outcomes.
- Graduate in any stream (MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred).
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and contribute to overall team success.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with partners, clients, and internal teams.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas, strategies, and sales proposals effectively to stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to drive favorable outcomes in partner agreements.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the market landscape and financial considerations in sales activities.
