Search Engineer

We are seeking a talented Search Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the search team, you will be responsible for building seamless, high-performance user experiences that enable users to quickly find and get started with the APIs they are looking for.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in frontend development, proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and solid web fundamentals. You should also have hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), web services, and a strong understanding of software development fundamentals and infrastructure.

Our focus is on improving discovery and making consumption of data seamless and intuitive. We're looking for someone who thrives on building products used by millions of developers and has a bias for action – someone who gets things done under constraints.

  • Design and build end-to-end search experiences that are intuitive, secure, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a best-in-class search experience.
  • Optimize search UX with a strong focus on customer needs.

As a member of our high-velocity team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to our engineering culture by sharing knowledge, reviewing code, and mentoring peers.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
  • Strong expertise in frontend development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and solid web fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), web services, and software development fundamentals.
