Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and maintain a contact center platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Genesys solutions and a strong understanding of contact center operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact Center Design and Engineering: Collaborate with suppliers to establish standards and blueprints for contact center platforms.
  • Contact Center Operations and Maintenance: Work with suppliers to manage operational runs, enhancements and platform changes.
  • Supplier Management: Monitor and manage supplier delivery of services to ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are met.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support integrations, governance processes and architecture/design with internal IT stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions is essential.
