We are seeking a seasoned Voice AI and Call Center Integration Specialist to assist our team in implementing and stabilizing voice AI solutions integrated with call center platforms.

This is a critical hands-on role to mentor, troubleshoot, and guide the implementation of low-latency, scalable audio streaming pipelines.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SIP trunking, VoIP protocols, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs) and hands-on experience integrating CCaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and refine existing voice pipeline built using AWS Connect, Chime SDK, Asterisk, STT, LLM, TTS
  • Troubleshoot SIP trunk and PBX-based integration patterns with platforms like NICE CXone
  • Guide implementation of low-latency, scalable audio streaming pipelines
  • Collaborate on WebSocket or SIP-based audio handling between voice agent and telephony platform
  • Advise on best practices, security, fallback logic, and resilient audio architecture
  • Provide mentorship and working sessions to our engineering team on voice bot orchestration

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of SIP trunking, VoIP protocols, and Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
  • Hands-on experience integrating CCaaS platforms such as NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud CX, or Amazon Connect
  • Familiarity with Asterisk, Chime SDK, FreeSWITCH, or other media servers
  • Knowledge of speech pipelines involving STT → LLM → TTS, and experience with Amazon Polly, Transcribe, or Nova Sonic
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues like audio jitter, latency, and session drop
