Senior Artificial Intelligence Developer

This role is responsible for designing, developing and deploying AI-based solutions to automate business processes and enhance self-service applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing automation solutions using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. They should be proficient in Python and other relevant programming languages.

  • Develop AI-driven automation solutions using Gen-AI and LLMs to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Design, develop and deploy Gen-AI and ML-based models and conversational bots.
  • Implement advanced algorithms and models to enhance the performance and accuracy of self-service applications.

Key Skills:

  • A strong understanding of NLP techniques and applications.
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering and data visualization.
  • Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms such as Google Cloud AI Platform and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for automating business processes using AI and ML.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with process experts to understand process requirements and design appropriate AI solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions, making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
