About the Role:

  • Support in growing presence in South Asia markets by converting leads and applicants to registered students.
  • Provide counselling and admission guidance to ensure students apply to programs that match their academic potential and career goals.
  • Facilitate applications, maximize conversion of leads to applicants, and follow up with students met at recruitment events.
  • Manage inquiries, lead generation, and application processing for a higher education institution.

Responsibilities:

  • Counselling and Admissions Assessment activities: Review applications, use CRM system, screen students, respond to inquiries, and facilitate applications.
  • Applicants guidance and support: Provide counselling, collect inquiry details, and follow up with students.
  • Inquiries and Lead Management: Provide timely response to inquiries.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to advise students and their families on study options.
  • Experience with application processing for a higher education institution.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working across time zones.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Working Environment:

  • Remote work arrangement with on-campus team and staff across countries.
