A qualified Academic Guidance Specialist is required with one year of sales experience.

  • Counseling Sessions: Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess students' academic strengths, weaknesses, interests, and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with teachers, parents, and administrators to address student concerns and provide interventions.
  • Information Provision: Offer in-depth information to prospective learners via phone, email, or chat.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of educational programs, curriculum changes, and university admissions requirements for accurate information provision.
  • Workshops and Presentations: Organize and conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and other relevant topics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain confidential records of student interactions, counseling sessions, and academic progress.
  • Communication: Provide timely and effective communication until the learner is onboarded.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track student academic performance, attendance, and behavior, providing timely interventions as needed.
Qualifications
  • An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field may be preferred.
  • 0-1 years of experience for entry-level positions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, English proficiency.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy.
