Job Title: Data Research Fellow

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about research, analysis, and generating actionable insights that can support global projects in women's empowerment, leadership, and entrepreneurship. As a non-paid, commission-based fellow, you will conduct in-depth research, collect reliable data as per direction, and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen our international initiatives and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on topics related to education, entrepreneurship, and social development.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from credible sources.
  • Prepare structured research reports, white papers, and knowledge briefs.
  • Identify global and regional trends to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide data-backed insights.
  • Maintain high ethical standards in research and data handling.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Research, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (experience with research databases is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
