Job Title: Business HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and conduct regular branch level communication meetings and engagement sessions for socialization of workplace policies and other processes.
  • Implement the HR agenda for assigned states, including exit management, coordination with newly onboarded employees, and documentation prior to background verification check initiation.
  • Manage attendance-related issues, salary stop cases, background verification red and amber cases follow-up, confirmation, and exit clearance management for all employees.
  • Ensure HRMS data accuracy for assigned states and manage performance improvement plans, confirmation processes, and identify gaps to enable corrective actions.
