About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to collaborate with our team. The ideal candidate will be accountable for validating and testing software functionality in the Claim Center application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate user stories and business scenarios in the Claim Center system.
  • Demonstrate user stories to the Scrum Master to ensure seamless communication.
  • Transform business scenarios into test cases, estimate testing effort, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Identify and document defects efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in Agile projects and processes, with excellent knowledge of iterative development methodologies.
  • Testing experience in Claim Center, with an added advantage of ISTQB certification.
  • Familiarity with Test and Project Management tools like Azure DevOps, including Agile boards, automated testing, and version control systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Associate Analyst Certification or equivalent.
