About this Role

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks using Cypress and JavaScript.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain test automation scripts to ensure thorough testing of web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and provide detailed reports.
  • Work with development teams to resolve defects and implement fixes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 2-3 years in a lead role or as a senior member of a QA team.
  • Strong experience in automated testing with Cypress and Selenium.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and grow a team of QA engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools to automate testing workflows and integrate automated tests into deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
