  • Responsibilities include leading QA efforts for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects, defining test scope, creating detailed test cases, and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
  • Manage and guide QA testers, providing mentorship, task allocation, and review of test deliverables.
  • Coordinate defect management activities, ensuring timely logging, tracking, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA and ALM.
  • Oversee execution of smoke, functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and product owners to validate requirements and provide QA sign-off.
  • Establish QA processes, best practices, and metrics to improve testing quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, workflows, and data models.
  • Proven experience in test planning, test case design, and execution for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud projects.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and project management tools such as JIRA, ALM, and test management tools.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading QA efforts in Agile teams.
