Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement and logistics operations, ensuring seamless supply chain management.

  • Develop and execute production plans to meet operational needs.
  • Optimize warehouse management through efficient inventory control and line issuance.
  • Align processes with Global Business Services (GBS) for streamlined P2P execution.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement to maintain continuous operations.
  • Track material shortages and implement timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate supplier deliveries and ensure on-time customer orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory status and generate relevant reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote cost-effective production processes.
  • Ensure Production Order Creation, Release, Material issuance against pick list, and Production execution.
  • Analyze techno & cost variances for every production order.
  • Manage Import & Custom Processes, Inbound Logistics, and Milk Run activities.
  • Collaborate in Revenue Planning and Demand Management initiatives.
  • Liaise with shop floor personnel and require knowledge of SAP WMS, MM, PP, and SAP Fiori.
  • Maintain accurate SAP Master Data.

  • Warehouse Management (WMS) skills.

  • Packing & Dispatch capabilities.
  • Procurement / Purchase expertise.
  • Inventory Management abilities.
  • Factory Digitalization know-how.
  • Power BI proficiency.

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or E&C Engineering, along with 15-18 years of experience, is required. Additionally, good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
