Job Title: Bid and Proposal Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid and Proposal Manager to play a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing, and content delivery contracts. You will support the bid lifecycle by researching, strategizing and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition, model benefits, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.
  • Ability to implement artificial intelligence in research tasks & day-to-day.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued. An MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field would also be advantageous.
