Job Title: Creative Art Specialist

 

The role involves creating engaging visual content across various platforms to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.

 

  • Design and produce creative visual materials such as graphics, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and print materials that align with brand guidelines.
  • Support senior designers in developing brand strategies, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual outputs, applying knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
  • Edit and retouch images, graphics, and layouts as required to meet high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to remain competitive in the industry.
  • Prepare design files for production and delivery to meet project requirements.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles to apply in visual design projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and portfolio showcasing design work (academic, freelance, or professional projects).

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design to expand skill set.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or CorelDRAW to stay versatile.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media creatives to enhance overall marketing strategy.
