We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our team as a Senior Fullstack AI Engineer.

This role involves independently delivering end-to-end projects using AI-assisted development tools, while maintaining strong control over architecture, performance, and security.

Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and build scalable web and mobile applications using AI codegen to accelerate development across various stacks and technologies (e.g., React, Flutter, Supabase)
  • Translate product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable application structures
  • Define data models, API interfaces, component hierarchies, and integration flows before generating code
  • Review, validate, and refactor AI-generated code to ensure reliability, security, and alignment with best practices
Requirements
  • Must-Have:
    • Demonstrate ability to deliver end-to-end applications independently using AI-assisted workflows
    • Mentor and review work from junior developers, providing technical guidance
    • Implement RAG pipelines and AI features in applications with support from senior engineers
    • Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and mobile-friendly execution across stacks
    • Configure and manage data models, APIs, and integrations with third-party services
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • 3–5 years of professional fullstack development experience
    • Proficiency in multiple frameworks (React/Next.js, Supabase/PostgreSQL, Node.js, mobile frameworks like Flutter or React Native)
    • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor IDE or similar)
    • Knowledge of retrieval pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integrations
