Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Security Consultant to join our team. As an expert in SAP security, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining SAP security roles within S/4HANA environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in role-based access control (RBAC), SAP GRC Access Control, and Fiori security design. You will work closely with our global delivery leads, functional SMEs, and process owners to localize and roll out the SAP security framework across countries.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure SAP security roles for S/4HANA environments.
  • Translate international segregation of duties (SoD) frameworks and audit requirements into RBAC models.
  • Manage and monitor SoD conflicts proactively.
  • Implement corporate template-based deployments across multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency environments.
  • Collaborate with global and regional delivery leads to localize and roll out the SAP security framework.
  • Support SAP project phases, including Blueprint/FitGap, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live hyper care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations.
  • Expertise in RBAC, role hierarchy, derived roles, Fiori security design.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control.
  • Experience working on global template deployments.
  • Familiarity navigating multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency SAP landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of audit compliance protocols, SoD frameworks, and security review mechanisms.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
