Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished legal professional to oversee all in-house legal and compliance matters. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and executing agreements, as well as representing the company in various proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and applications with precision and attention to detail.
  • Manage compliance-related tasks across corporate, real estate, and regulatory domains.
  • Represent the company in legal hearings, government offices, and other proceedings as required.
  • Maintain organized records of legal cases and transactions.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and consultants to ensure smooth handling of ongoing matters.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, providing strategic advice to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree or higher is preferred.
  • Must be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law is necessary.
  • Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law is crucial.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
