Job Role:

We are seeking highly experienced legal professionals to lead our team in contracts and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing APAC as a region and working in an in-house legal team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: drafting, reviewing, and vetting of IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Negotiation and Review: review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs, Procurement Agreement.
  • Government Tenders: handling government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP, EOIs, and experienced in handling contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors – Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI, Manpower etc.
  • Liaison and Correspondence: liaising and making contractual correspondence with Clients and internal stakeholders and working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations.
  • Risk Management: safeguarding the interest of Company in contractual matters and responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities and deviations

Requirements:

  • LLB degree with 5-10 years of experience in contracts and negotiation.
  • Proven track record of managing APAC as a region.
  • Strong knowledge of IT, ITES, Technology Contracts, Agreements, and legal documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
