Legal Manager Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Legal Manager in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies, and supporting a wide range of legal matters.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law and commercial agreements, with at least 4-6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house experience. They will be proficient in email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, including supplier agreements, vendor contracts, client agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
  • Ensure contracts comply with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Assist in the development of standard contract templates and processes.
  • Work closely with business teams and advise on day-to-day issues and concerns with client agreements.
Key Skills:
  • LLB or equivalent degree.
  • Contract law and commercial agreements.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in email and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
