Store Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring of store staff.

  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of retail operations experience with 5+ years in a store management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and exceeding customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
  • Certified in retail management or related field (e.g., APIC, NRP).
