Expert Red Teaming Specialist

We seek a seasoned Red Teaming Specialist to join our team of experts. As a member of this elite group, you will leverage your exceptional skills in artificial intelligence and machine learning to drive innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, and red teaming methodologies to enhance your expertise.
  • Develop sophisticated prompts to test the limits of large language models, targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with linguists, team leads, and QA specialists to deliver exceptional results.
  • Support data scientists in conducting automated model attacks to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and client needs, navigating shifting guidelines and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLMs and contribute to the evolution of our team's methods.
  • Meet productivity targets, including the number of prompts written and average handling time per prompt.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience and qualifications.
  • Excellent writing skills in English, with a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
  • Ability to adopt diverse voices and perspectives, with creative thinking and attention to detail.
  • Strong research skills and ability to navigate ambiguity with ease.
