  • Monitor and improve AI and voice-agent pipelines through performance monitoring and continuous learning.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI frameworks to inform our technical roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and voice-agent/dialogue-system design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, NestJS, and Next.js/React for frontend integration.
  • Strong understanding of Azure services, containerisation, and relational databases.
  • Experience designing microservices, distributed architectures, and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
  • Domain interest in healthcare technology and patient-centric design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts.
  • Proactive collaboration mindset and drive to mentor peers.
