Job Overview

We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and exceptional candidate engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing and networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
