**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to provide back-end infrastructure support and advanced second-level technical assistance in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, experience with server management and network infrastructure administration, and advanced expertise in end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional IT support to customers with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Monitor and administer the IT infrastructure of clients.
  • Drive problem investigations and resolution as required.
  • Troubleshoot Windows server issues and perform network diagnostics.
  • Monitor the network i.e., firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Analyze network alerts and diagnose network errors.
  • Manage and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers.
  • Administer Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, and AWS environments.
  • Manage NAS, SAN Storage administration, and troubleshooting.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Wintel and Networking fundamentals.
  • Strong customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Server and Network Administration and Troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Server Roles i.e., AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File & Print, RDS, etc.
  • Hands-on experience working on Hyper-V and VMware platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Switching, and Routing technologies.
  • Knowledge of backups and storage i.e., SAN and NAS solutions.
