Job Title: Security Officer

Duty Summary:

  • Ensure the safety and security of premises, employees, visitors, and assets through effective surveillance and management.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly patrol company premises to safeguard against unauthorized access, theft, and safety hazards.
  2. Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in line with established protocols.
  3. Operate, monitor, and maintain CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control devices to ensure optimal functionality.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks associated with safety breaches and take swift action to address any incidents or emergencies.
  5. Maintain accurate records and reports on security operations, including incident logs and statistical data.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees and visitors by responding promptly to queries and concerns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Security Officer is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, emergency response procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent integrity, responsibility, and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complex situations professionally.
