Job Title : Business Manager - Oil Additives

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product promotion for oil additives in the Indian subcontinent.
  • Maintenance and growth of existing business profitably.
  • Development of quick and trustful relations with customers at different levels in the organization and acquisition of new customers.
  • Pick up new ideas and market needs and recommend smart solutions for the use of our products.
  • Responsible for OEM and industry liaison activities, including identification of potential target Indian OEMs within the automotive industry & the industrial segment & work with them for promoting Evonik oil additive technologies / initiatives including extensive field trials.
  • Channel management: responsible for deciding on the most effective sales channel for customers and segments in the region, selection, management and evaluation of agents and distributors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work closely with departments of principals, e.g. key account management, technical service, product management, customer service, supply chain, marketing services and business development to support strategic goals of the business.
