Health Safety Environment Professional


Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) expert to spearhead the safe delivery of oil and gas projects.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HSE management across various project phases, including construction, fabrication, installation, and commissioning. A strong educational background in an Engineering or Science discipline is required, alongside relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IGC or equivalent.

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HSE is essential, with a proven track record of implementing effective HSE plans and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safety-first culture, leading a team of HSE personnel, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HSE in oil and gas projects;
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline;
  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification;
  • Lead Auditor ISO 45001/ISO 14001 or equivalent certifications.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
  • Strong understanding of HSE issues, practices, and behavioral aspects;
  • Ability to conduct training sessions on relevant HSE procedures;
  • Practical experience in implementing SSOW (PTW/WMS/Risk Assessment etc.).
