Job Title: Management Trainee

Vedanta is a leading global diversified natural resources company. We are seeking talented finance professionals to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in finance and business operations, working with experienced leaders and experts in the industry.

You will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis of various businesses within Vedanta, including oil and gas, zinc, lead, silver, copper, iron ore, steel, nickel, aluminum, power, and glass.

  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) with strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new roles and challenges
  • Passionate about creating business impact through finance excellence
  • Willingsness to take on challenging roles across businesses and geographies
Requirements:
  • 60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation
  • B. Com is not mandatory but preferred
  • CPT(Foundation) to be cleared in 1st attempt
  • All four groups of Inter & Final Examination to be cleared in 1st attempt
  • Articleship from Big 4 / Top Audit Firms and Rank Holders will be preferred
  • Age should be below 26 years as on 31st October of the current year
  • Candidates from May - 2025 Batch are eligible for applying
