Job Title: Transactional Finance Specialist

As a key player in our firm, you will be responsible for executing deals from start to finish. This includes conducting thorough due diligence, documenting all aspects of the transaction, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams such as origination, compliance, research, and sales, as well as external advisors like lawyers, auditors, and registrars.

Your primary focus will be on preparing and submitting offer documents, including DRHPs, RHPs, and related filings with SEBI, stock exchanges, and ROC. You must stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure accurate and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients during the deal-making process and build strong relationships with promoters, board members, and senior employees of client companies. Additionally, you will assist in planning investor roadshows, analyst meetings, and IPO marketing strategies, both domestically and internationally.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent industry networking skills, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in issue management.
