  4. Business Growth: Identify new growth hacks, initiatives, and partners to accelerate sales and traffic growth (online | offline | Omni-channel).
  5. Process Optimization: Proactively identify areas for business optimization, efficiency improvements, and scalable growth opportunities.
  6. Strategic Recommendations: Present performance analyses and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  7. Customer Experience: Optimize sales programs, payment infrastructure, and overall customer experience to maximize performance and satisfaction.
  8. Partnership Development: Identify and incubate new strategic partnerships and initiatives to drive business growth.
  9. Progress Tracking: Track progress of initiatives qualitatively and quantitatively.
