Our Design Team

As a Product Designer on our team, you'll lead the way in designing delightful experiences for educators. You'll work with a talented group of designers who envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a refined and magical way.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Mastery in designing digital products, ideally in the SaaS/B2B space.
  • Formal design training and proficiency in Figma.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to creating high-quality designs.

Your First 3 Months

  • Understand our vision and product strategy.
  • Get familiar with our processes, tools, and systems.
  • Participate in design reviews and give feedback on other team members' work.
  • Know every corner of our Web app, Educator app, Family app, and Student app.
  • Deeply understand our users and their needs by participating in user research.

Your Next 6 Months

  • Research, design, and launch a product feature from start to end as the primary design owner.
  • Mentor and coach team members to help develop their design, professional, and interpersonal skills.

Your Long-Term Goals

  • Own and drive the definition and design of a new product initiative.
  • Translate company vision and product strategy into high-confidence and innovative new product development.
  • Become a proactive advocate of voicing the user needs and representing their requirements.
