Job Title: Experienced Project Manager

 

The project manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects from planning to execution and delivery, ensuring timely completion within the budgeted resources. This role demands a collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and a strategic thinking approach to tackle complex situations.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong analytical skillset with the ability to break down large-scale projects into actionable operational plans. They must have excellent problem-solving abilities and thrive in fast-paced environments while working closely with cross-functional teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, scoping, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management templates and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.
  • Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment on goals.
  • Review deliverables to ensure adherence to organizational quality standards.
  • Conduct team appraisals, one-to-one meetings, and identify training needs; foster motivation and high performance within the team.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to handle complex situations with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Open to feedback.
  • Outstanding team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in working within a virtual team.
  • 5+ years of e-learning/ed-tech work experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
