Job Opportunity: Sourcing Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing sourcing processes from initial supplier identification to contract execution. This involves ensuring compliance with established procurement strategies.

In this role, you will engage with external vendors and service providers to manage outsourced sourcing tasks, focusing on quality and alignment with organizational objectives.

You will support the entire agreement life-cycle, including drafting, execution, renewal, and issue resolution in collaboration with partners.

Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners are crucial to successful sourcing operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in sourcing, agreements management, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Expertise in managing supplier relationships, negotiations, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools and software such as eSourcing platforms and agreement management systems.
