Financial Operations Specialist

As a financial operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily activities of our India office.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems being highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Process payments, receipts, and journal entries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ledgers regularly to ensure financial discipline and compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to provide management with reliable financial information.
- Track expenses, budgets, and variances to optimize financial performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- 0–3 years of finance/accounting experience, with new graduates welcome to apply.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, is mandatory; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
