Financial Operations Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced financial professional to join our team in a detail-oriented role that requires strong expertise in financial management, cost control, and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, as well as conducting cost analysis to support pricing decisions and enhance cost efficiency.
- Prepare and manage plant budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Conduct cost analysis to support pricing decisions and enhance cost efficiency.
- Oversee daily banking operations, payments, receipts, and transaction management.
- Monitor and control inventory accounting, including stock valuation and reconciliations.
- Handle export transactions, foreign remittances, and related compliance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory management.
- Experience in banking operations and export transactions.
- Proficiency in financial reporting, MIS preparation, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
