About The Role

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes, build and maintain relationships, and contribute to improving processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Domain Leads, Product Owners, and other Production Managers.
  • Data Storytelling: Present critical data in an easy-to-understand format to inform decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, achievements, and challenges to various stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience in project management, preferably in scientific publishing or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of research landscapes, publishing standards, and data models.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
