As a Financial Leadership and Governance Expert, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the month-end and year-end books closing process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Analyze Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements on a monthly basis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Review Transfer Pricing arrangements and underlying transactions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Oversee Intercompany transactions and ensure settlement on a timely basis.
  5. Review SOX controls and approve the checklist on a regular basis.
  6. Prepare schedules and backup notes to financial statements and other disclosure requirements for audit purposes.
  7. Lead statutory audits and provide relevant details for filings with regulatory bodies.
  8. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth processes.
  9. Optimize internal processes and controls to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements as per local laws.
  11. Maintain SOX compliance and conduct regular internal audits.
