We're seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to support various procurement activities, including vendor research, factory sourcing, and purchase documentation.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain and sourcing practices while working with a dynamic team.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting sourcing activities for raw materials, factory consumables, and packaging
  • Assisting in identifying and evaluating vendors and factory partners
  • Conducting market research and collecting quotations for ongoing projects
  • Maintaining and updating vendor databases and procurement documentation
  • Coordinating with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements
  • Assisting in negotiating pricing and timelines with suppliers under supervision
  • Supporting visits to local factories or vendors as needed
  • Ensuring timely follow-ups and communication with vendors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • Maturity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn
  • A strong interest in procurement and sourcing
  • A basic understanding of vendor evaluation and supply chain principles
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • The ability to work comfortably with teams across functions, including operations and production
