Job Description

Seeking an accomplished Fund Accountant to maintain comprehensive books and records, prepare financial statements, and handle full-cycle accounting for complex fund structures.

  • Maintain and control general ledgers and various sub-ledgers.
  • Prepare financial statements, footnotes, and partner capital statements.
  • Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries, including full-cycle accounting.

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Prepare financial data analysis.
  • Calculate carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
  • Process payments and other transactions.

System Implementation & Project Participation:

  • Implement fund structures into the accounting system.
  • Participate in projects related to business expansion.

Stakeholder Interaction & Issue Resolution:

  • Act as a primary contact with stakeholders.
  • Escalate material issues affecting service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Accounting degree or ACCA equivalent.
  • Experience in accounting for private equity, asset management, or fund administration.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
