Job Title: Technical Service Operations Manager

The role of a Technical Service Operations Manager involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of building procedures and performance measures. This ensures simplification, accuracy, and reliability in work methods and systems.

You will be responsible for ensuring adequate supply of materials and services for building operations, entering into supply contracts as approved by clients, and inspecting contracted services to ensure performance measures are being met.

This position also involves planning, organizing, and coordinating internal events for business processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing administrative support as required. You will contribute to the monthly management report to clients and carry out vendor background checks.

In addition, you will maintain external employee data, prepare floor registers for health and safety issues, and coordinate with vendors for rectification of defects. You will also assist in preparing monthly management reports and quarterly business review reports.

Furthermore, you will analyze helpdesk calls using Pareto analysis, follow up with vendors for timely invoice submission, check the healthiness of HVAC LMS BMS electrical systems, take rounds of UPS rooms, PAC rooms, electrical rooms, AHU rooms, and creche areas. You will also update checklists and incident reports on sharepoint.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related field
