Revenue Accountant

This role involves expansion of the revenue accounting team. The team, comprising 9 employees, is responsible for managing and administering revenue for EMEA and APAC.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices based on reports received and validate prices against sales contracts.
  • Manage sales contracts by understanding accounting details and processing them in various systems.
  • Peer review invoices created by colleagues.
  • Follow-up on customer queries regarding invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on revenue recognition according to IFRS 15.
  • Provide documentation required by customers.
  • Assist in month-end close tasks and internal/external audits.
  • Engage in ongoing educational opportunities to update job knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

You should also have experience working with accounting software and systems, as well as the ability to analyze complex financial data.
