Senior Finance Leadership Role

We're seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting and financial operations. As the head of finance, you will oversee financial record maintenance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee salary processing, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

We require a strategic thinker with deep financial acumen, who can drive excellence across the finance function. The ideal candidate is an accomplished AVP of Finance with at least 7 years of experience in audit, accounting, and finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Maintenance: Prepare, review, and analyze financial records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Accounts Payable: Oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice verification, processing, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Accounts Receivable: Coordinate with brand partners to secure timely payments, raise and track invoices, and follow up on outstanding amounts.
  • Employee Salary Processing: Manage payroll processing accurately and on schedule, covering salaries, bonuses, deductions, and statutory requirements.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the budgeting process by gathering data, preparing reports, and performing variance analysis.
  • Profit & Loss (P&L) Ownership: Monitor and report on P&L metrics, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasting.
  • Audit Support: Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, providing clear explanations as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in audit, accounting, and finance roles.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in accounting software (such as Zoho or equivalent platforms), highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Finance & Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Core Competencies & Leadership Strengths: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, strong organizational skills, outstanding attention to detail, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
