About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for a mobile-first platform.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the user journey and interface for a platform that users will love and trust, working on a high-impact project with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Experience (UX)
    • Design user-centric workflows, wireframes, and prototypes for key features.
    • Conduct user research to identify pain points, behaviors, and preferences.
    • Optimize the user journey for a seamless experience.
  • User Interface (UI)
    • Create high-fidelity designs that reflect modern aesthetics while being functional and accessible.
    • Ensure consistency across devices with responsive designs.
    • Enhance engagement through interactive elements and animations.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with product managers and developers to align design with project goals and technical feasibility.
    • Provide detailed design specifications and assets for smooth development handoff.
    • Maintain visual consistency with branding teams.
  • Design Systems
    • Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components, typography, and color schemes.
    • Ensure accessibility standards compliance.
  • Testing and Iteration
    • Use analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve the design.
    • Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and enhance usability.
    Requirements and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 4+ years of UX/UI design experience with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, user-friendly designs.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually stunning interfaces.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Expertise in prototyping and interaction tools such as InVision, Principle, or Framer.
  • Deep understanding of responsive design principles.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a user-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with priority management skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS) to bridge the gap between design and development.
