The Technology Infrastructure team engineers and operates foundational platforms powering all applications and businesses. Our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient, and modern platforms accelerating business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply software engineering skills to develop and maintain real-time systems serving key stakeholders in our Global business.
  • Optimize existing systems and infrastructure through automation and tooling for efficiency and scalability.
  • Build technical components of a robust SRE program across multiple complex systems, both new and existing.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure changes align with measurable Service Level Objectives (SLOs) across user interactions.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, identifying potential bottlenecks before they affect stakeholders.
  • Review automation code developed by peers, maintaining high standards of code quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, analyzing their impact on infrastructure and operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and PowerShell, ability to comprehend C# and develop basic applications.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, cloud-based services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and Configuration Management (Ansible).
  • Experience with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, and ECS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sense of ownership.
