About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled systems administrator to join our team. As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining operational continuity, supporting business needs, and driving efficiency through reliable system management and responsive communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • System Support: Provide end-to-end support for all supply chain solutions, ensuring continuous system availability and performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues and outages, collaborating with vendors, developers, and application administrators to determine root cause and long-term resolution.
  • Automation Management: Manage automation infrastructure for DCs, MDCs, and Ship Hubs to ensure smooth and reliable operations.
  • Monitoring and Alerting: Respond to system alerts and use monitoring tools to proactively identify and troubleshoot issues within supply chain systems.
  • Communication: Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Apply standardized procedures and best practices to achieve goals, meet deadlines, and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and future problem prevention.
  • Upgrades and Deployments: Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and deployments in partnership with IT, operations, and vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management System, Oracle, SQL, Service Now, Genesys, Dispatch Track, Mercury Gate, Logility is preferred but not required.
