We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Learning Designer to fill this exciting role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop engaging digital learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and interactive resources, to cater to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and partners to translate complex content into accessible online learning experiences.
  • Manage the entire learning design process, from needs analysis and storyboarding to development and delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Ensure that all learning content is inclusive, user-friendly, and meets high accessibility standards.
  • Utilize instructional design best practices and relevant technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, LMS platforms) to create effective learning experiences.
  • Evaluate and refine learning content based on student and partner feedback to guarantee continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in instructional design, digital learning, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia design software.
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  • Able to simplify complex data into clear, engaging content.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail to deliver high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with employability, higher education, or student-focused content is an asset.
