The organization has a unique business model that provides livelihood to artisans at their doorstep, revolutionizing the traditional practice of involving middlemen in artisanal communities.

We have an extensive network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states of India.

Our modern and eclectic collection of rugs, made from the finest wool and silk, has received numerous global awards and is exported to more than 45 countries with our US sales arm located in Georgia, Atlanta.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To develop an in-depth understanding of our products, sales operations, and competitors.
  • To gather consumer insights and contribute to external market research and events.
  • To perform in-house research for one month, capturing vital information for the market study.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages is an added advantage.
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, CRM, or relevant fields.
  • Experience in market research projects is an added benefit.
  • Ability to contact potential clients, partners, and media.
  • Team-oriented and comfortable working in an informal environment.
