Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

As a performance-driven professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies. You will be accountable for campaign performance and deliverables, with a focus on delivering maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing high-performing paid media campaigns
  • Prioritizing campaigns to maximize ROI
  • Implementing strategies for traffic generation, lead generation, and sales conversion
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance data to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Proven track record of successful paid media campaigns with measurable results in Google and Meta platforms
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with paid advertising on Snapchat, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for campaign performance and deliverables
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a sense of accountability and ownership
